Meet with our team to share your creative ideas so we can understand your vision and begin to bring the concept to life.
Our designers will create a concept plan to suit your lot orientation, design needs and any must-have items. We will discuss a variety of options during this period to ensure that your final design aligns with your budget.
If you already have plans we will review and provide an accurate estimate.
Once you are happy with the concept and estimate we will order your contract plans and confirm any final inclusions and upgrades.
Now we have all the details confirmed, it's time to seal the deal.
We will prepare a HIA Contract and coordinate all necessary documentation for construction to commence.
